Warranty & Return Policy
We at LuxLube.com want to protect the health of our customers and for sanitary reasons, we do not allow exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of our products, heath regulations prohibit the return of personal items and our company policy follows this law.This policy is to give peace of mind to our customers knowing that they will never be sold a previously returned, used or unwanted product. We thank you for your understanding of this policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If an item is returned to us, we throw it in the garbage, we never sell a returned item regardless of if it was used or not because we do not want to risk re-selling any pre-used items. This is why we cannot offer a refund even if an item is returned.
In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will gladly honor the manufacturer's warranty by replacing any unused defective product with the same product.
In the event of a defect please send us an email and include your name, the name of the product, the order number and a brief explanation of what is wrong. Please note, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will respond with the return address and further instructions.
We cannot refund shipping fees for returned items because the shipping charge is simply a fee that we pass along to our customers from the mail carriers.
